Nick Brice

Nick has 28 years’ experience in designing, developing and delivering great client solutions and keynotes. An early management career in travel related financial service and a grounding in Psychology combined with corporate management experience gives him a full appreciation of the context within which people and organisation development takes place. He has a track record of long term successful projects on national and international level.

He is co-author of the marketing text “Brand Alchemy” – 2007, Blackhall Publishing.

5 year fast track management career at American Express Europe included launching a customer service culture change programme and developing and delivering a management curriculum of 8 programmes across 22 markets through local trainers – winning Amex management award of excellence.

Nick is based in the UK, and is an avid Brighton and Hove Albion Football fan. His lifelong interest in performing arts production has seen his work as performer, writer and director appear on national TV and his company’s festival productions win a range of premier press awards and reviews year on year.  He swims, walks and enjoys the Brighton coffee bar scene…when he has time.

Sophia George

Sophia George has extensive experience in production of events both in the corporate world and the world of theatre.

She studied opera at the Royal College of Music where she gained a degree in music and completed her postgraduate studies at the Royal Academy of Music. She went on to work as a professional actress and singer in the London’s West-End, under her stage name of Sophia Wylie, performing in shows such a ‘Phantom of The Opera’.

Sophia began her career in the corporate world when she worked for Temenos for two years travelling across Europe and managing a million dollar pipeline. She enjoyed working in this environment and decided that she would focus on creative corporate training and development.

Some clients include: American Express Community Stadium/Elite Performance Centre, Eastbourne Borough Council, Southern Water, TMI, A Leading National Retailer, Vision Call.

Her experience in production, winning several awards, theatre and performing, alongside her years working in the corporate world enable her to very competently project manage theatre and corporate training. She confidently and consistently delivers to the client a project that is both focused on their deliverables but also imaginative, creative and inspiring.

Sophie Dearlove

Sophie Dearlove is a qualified training facilitator as well as an experienced professional actor and role play specialist. She has extensive experience in this field working as a sales trainer and management coach for The Carphone Warehouse for 4 years. She has been very busy working with our client ‘Brighton and Hove Albion Football Club’ and is a key member of the team.

Sophie gained a BA Hons in Drama, Theatre and Television studies. This course offered many opportunities to use drama and documentary on both a commercial and community level and also enabled her to gain experience working with a diverse mix of people. Sophie has worked as a professional actress for several years doing a variety of stage, radio, television and corporate work. She has also designed and facilitated a number of workshops for the deaf community and for young people.

Maria Musgrove-Wethey

What makes people tick – whether it be customers, colleagues or corporates, is what excites Maria.

Her roots lie in the Amusement business (Funfairs, Bingo and Amusement Arcades) which means that she has Customer Experience (and generating revenue) in her DNA.  For over 25 years she has worked with clients with one thing in common – they’re serious about getting every staff member to understand their role in delivering an amazing customer experience.   This has taken her back to her roots in Yorkshire with Harry Ramsden’s to help bridge a north/south divide post acquisition; to foreign shores with Cunard for a crew makeover after a ship re-fit and to The Bahamas and The Atlantis Resort to work with their managers to coach their teams to consistently deliver excellent customer service.  Other projects Maria has worked with have been British Airways and working with senior cabin crew to deliver premium service in First and Business class and Eurostar (TMI) to add value at every point in the customer journey after the competitive threat posed by deregulation of the Channel Tunnel. Most recently she has worked with the ethos-led engagement programme at Brighton & Hove Albion’s American Express Elite Performance Centre.

This change, leadership development & customer experience programme has been running since the club were at their old venue Withdean in 2010, moving to the ‘Amex’ in 2011 – and has seen this modern sporting and events venue achieve record increases in revenue/attendance and numerous awards for customer experience and performance – as well the ‘Team Brighton’ programme winning the first ever triple Gold Award with the National Training Journal in December 2012.

Sophie Norton

Sophie has 20 years experience in designing, planning and implementing complex change projects in a wide range of organisations. She has worked as a project manager, a trainer, a director and a consultant. She started her career as an Occupational Therapist in the NHS.

Sophie is a highly experienced coach and facilitator and has a successful track record, helping individuals and organisations to develop and thrive.

She is a practitioner in a wide range of psychometric tools and has a number of post-graduate qualifications.

Sophie is based in the UK and has a love of scuba diving in sunnier climes! She is a keen swimmer, enjoys triathlons, her allotment, her animals and of course her four children.

Julian H McDowell

Julian H McDowell is a Sussex based Actor who works in Theatre, Television and Film.

Julian also has enjoyed over twenty years experience in hospitality and service focussed companies including Adia UK where he contributed to the writing and implementation of a three modular training course covering induction, sales and marketing, business strategy and administration. The course was accredited by the Institute of Sales and Marketing Management of which he is a member..

Julian is Principal of a weekend Performing Arts Academy with over 50 students in the age range 6 -17 years providing tuition in Drama, Musical Theatre and Film &TV. He also oversees the day to day running and development of a two day a week Social Centre for the over 55s providing a range of activities and a catering operation.
